The Northampton County Court of Common Pleas Language Access Plan (LAP), in accordance with the Administrative Office of Pennsylvania Courts (AOPC) ensures litigants with Limited English Proficiency (LEP) and/or deaf or hard of hearing disabilities have meaningful access to court services in all court proceedings within the 3rd Judicial District.
