When will I lose my license?
Approximately three to six months after your preliminary hearing (District Justice).

Suspension terms depends on your blood alcohol level (BAC) at the time of the arrest.
Is there a special license to get me to and from work?
If I live in another state do I qualify for the ARD program?
Yes
Do all my conditions have to be completed in order for my license to be reinstated?
Yes, unless you're going through the ARD program.
How much does the ARD/ASP program cost?
The cost is based on your blood alcohol level (BAC).
ARD - $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 (approximate)
ASP - $2,500.00 - $6,000.00 (approximate)
When is the money due?
The day your case is scheduled for ARD/ASP court.
Will my costs and fines be less if I choose to do jail versus apply for a program?
No, there are mandatory costs and fines, as well as conditions that must be met for all DUI offenses.
Am I required to have an attorney to be accepted into the ARD program?
You are not required to have an attorney to enter the program.
