The principle role of the Office of Court Administration is to facilitate the administrative functions of the judiciary under the general guidance of the President Judge. The Court Administration office works closely with the Civil, Criminal and Orphans Court divisions. Administration of the annual court calendar entails civil and criminal proceedings, summary jury trials, argument court, summary appeals, motions hearings, settlement conferences, preliminary injunctions, ARD hearings and Domestic Relations matters. This office also coordinates facility use for mock trials, Law Day, Bar Inductions, Naturalization Court and ceremonial events.
J. Jermaine Greene, Sr., Court Administrator, is responsible for the long and short-term judicial planning, interaction with the other branches of county government, day-to-day operations of the Court as well as the oversight of the various court divisions and district justice offices. The Court Administration Office consists of Deputy Court Administrator Gina X. Gibbs, Minor-Judiciary Administrator Jenelle Crisafulli, Calendar Control Clerk Mary Trinkle, and support staff Ellen Baldwin, Meredith Kresch, Danielle Ponzio, and Nowella Yerby. Chris Fegely serves as the Lead Court Officer and Monique Gomez as Court Officer/Interpreter.The Court Administration Office supervises court-related offices under the Court's jurisdiction as mandated by the County Home Rule Charter. These operations include Domestic Relations, Adult Probation and Parole, Juvenile Probation, Juvenile Detention and Adjudicated Care, Pretrial Services, Minor Judiciary offices and the DUI office and processing centers. Supervision also includes the Law Library, the Court Reporters, the Jury Clerk, the Court Officers, the Judicial Secretaries and other court related personnel. In total, the Court Administration Office oversees more than 300 employees.
